Exterior

• Remove all vehicles/trailers from driveway

• Hide trash cans if possible

• Remove or organize hoses/sprinklers

• Remove large piles of yard waste, debris, and large branches

• Clean out flower beds of dead plants or leaves

• Put away lawn equipment, mowers, rakes, shovels, etc.

• Remove or organize pool equipment

• Clean up pet waste and toys

Interior

• Organize/Declutter every room and surface

• Vacuum/sweep all carpets and floors

• Wipe down all mirrors and dirty windows

• Replace any burnt out lightbulbs

• Remove any unnecessary cords or wiring (phone cords, tuck back tv cables, etc.)

• Organize or hide throw blankets and pillows

• Organize or hide children’s toys

• Wipe down Kitchen counters and remove clutter

• Put away any cleaning supplies

• Remove any pet toys, litter boxes, and food dishes

• Have kitchen sink empty and surrounding area tidy

• Remove any personal items (photos, phone numbers, etc.) from fridge doors

• Organize or hide shoes and coats

• Remove any large crates or moving boxes to garage

• Clean bathroom sinks of any toothbrushes/personal care items

• Turn ceiling fans off
